Limited Series Can Release: Neutral Buoyancy Imperial Stout

Join us for the brewery release of Neutral Buoyancy, an imperial dessert stout brewed with milk sugar, raspberry, and black currant. Starting with a grain bill of red wheat, chocolate malt, roasted barley, and chocolate wheat, this rich, full-bodied milk stout was then fermented with 9 pounds of raspberries and 7 pounds of black currants per barrel. Aromas of sweet raspberry jam, chocolate, and vanilla lead into an astoundingly decadent symphony of dark berries and jam preserves on the palate.
11.3% ABV / Available on draught and in 16oz 4-pack cans.
Neutral Buoyancy will be the first of our “Limited Series” released in cans. Differing from our “Tasting Room Only” series, our limited series will have only 30 cases available at the brewery and will be distributed in VERY small quantities of draught and cans to bars and bottle shops in the following markets: Hampton Roads, Richmond, Northern Virginia, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, DC, Annapolis, Raleigh, Durham, and Charlotte.
