O’Connor Brewing Co. (OBC), a local craft brewery located in Norfolk, VA, is hosting their OCONNOROO Music Festival on Saturday, June 5th, from 12:00 noon to 10:00pm. This will be a free event open to all ages (drinking age restrictions apply), with live music, food trucks, and O’Connor craft beer. This year’s music lineup features: Paper Aliens, The Heart Stompers, Fox & The Bear, Tyler Meacham, Nate Sacks, and Live Vinyl Record Selectors Ian & Jahboo.
After over a year of public uncertainty and event cancellations nationwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic, while O’Connor has been both responsive and responsible in serving the Hampton Roads community, they have been optimistically waiting for the season where COVID cases are down, vaccinations are up, and masks are off. This OCONNOROO festival will be one of the many upcoming public outdoor events that people can safely and comfortably enjoy during the summer.
Their brewery located in Norfolk’s Railroad District, is open to the public at the Tasting Room, outdoor Beer Garden, and also offers space for featured food trucks and special events. O’Connor Brewing is currently distributing select beers in select stores and restaurants throughout the area, from Maryland, throughout Virginia, to the Outer Banks, NC.
