Golden Pear was inspired by traditional Belgian brewing practices, using a Trappist yeast strain and German pilsner malt. Belgian candi sugar and pear juice combine to create a nicely layered ale that "pears" well with everything.
A 9% Belgian Golden Ale
Best with very light foods: salads, sushi, vegetable dishes. Great with lighter seafood dishes—classic with steamed mussels. Great with lighter food: chicken, salads, salmon, bratwurst.
